"I hate that you have 2 nozzles and you can't get rid of the attachment inside of the cup for the straw ( it says it's easier to fill up bc the 2nd way to open it but honestly it's harder bc you have to do it slowly if your at a water dispenser that don't have the with of it so there for your not actually getting all the water on the cup so it's more of a hassle so at that point might just not have that 2nd way to open it so at that point just take off the lid completely bc that second way to open /pop it open not a good idea"

If I set it down it tips over and spills everywhere even if it’s locked, when it says it’s leak proof it’s false advertisement."
