We go to great lengths to create a truly superior product, but we also know that on occasion, things happen. As such, we back our products with the ZULU Athletic Limited Lifetime Guarantee against any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Normal wear and tear, such as dents, scratches and paint chips, accidental damage including dropped product, product misuse and improper cleaning/care are not covered under the ZULU Athletic Limited Lifetime Guarantee.
You must fill out the form to have your claim reviewed. We will respond to your inquiry within 1 – 2 weeks.
ZULU Athletic Limited Lifetime Guarantee applies to bottles and replacement lids purchased and used in the United States and only.
Please note: Warranty orders shipping to Canada must have a physical shipping address. FedEx International will not ship to a PO Box.
