"This vest looks so much better than others on the market. Plus, love that I can take the sleeve off the clean it. Pockets in the front are another plus. My daughter got this for me to help train for an upcoming hike in July. I have the 12lb blue color - would definitely recommend."
"I was surprised by how much I liked this vest. I wore it on a long hike the other day and had a pretty positive experience with it. The weight felt evenly distributed and wasn't weighing me down in the same way a heavy backpack would. While I noticed the weight of it initially, it faded over time. Adjusting the straps helped a lot. The front pockets were big enough to fit my iPhone but it was a little tight. The fabric was really soft/comfortable against my skin. After that long hike, I was grateful that the cover could come off for washing! ð"
"I've been using the 12 lb Zulu weighted vest for a while, and it's been a great addition to my daily routine. As a 47-year-old mom of three, I wanted something that would help me increase the intensity of my walks and daily chores without being overly bulky or uncomfortable. This vest fits securely, distributes the weight evenly, and doesn't bounce around while I'm moving. The 12-pound weight feels challenging enough to make a difference but not so heavy that it causes strain. I've noticed improved endurance and feel like I'm getting more out of my daily walks and more energy feedback. The quality seems durable, and it's a very nice, comfortable neoprene fabric enough to wear for extended periods. Also, the cover is removable, so you can wash it. cold water, gentle cycle, not a lot of detergent. NO DRYER! Also, if it helps, I'm 5'7" like 160 lbs and the straps are cinched in a lot, so there's plenty of room in it itoo. see photo"
"Out the box first thing noticed was the quality of the feel. Went out first night with it. Love how it sat on my shoulders. I dont think I adjusted it once over our 5 mile walk/run. Washed the outer cover. Was really surprised how easy it went back in. Only complaint is im not a huge fan of the straps. Not bad, but not great either."

"I’ve been using this weighted vest for about a week, and it’s quickly become THE go-to piece of gear in my workouts. The build quality feels genuinely premium—sturdy stitching, durable fabric, and weight pockets that stay put without bouncing around while jogging. The fit stays snug thanks to the adjustable straps, and the weight is distributed evenly so it doesn’t dig into my shoulders which were both very important to me. What stands out most is the versatility. I use it for walks, jogs, squats, push-ups, and stair climbs, and it adds just the right challenge without feeling bulky and suffocating. It’s made with a quick on/off design and the breathable material keeps it from getting too hot. After a couple of sessions using this vest, I noticed a clear bump in intensity and heart rate, and over this short period of time my bodyweight movements have gotten stronger. "I love this vest! I got the sandstone color. I was worried about it showing dirt but was so pleased to discover the cover is washable! Such a great feature! It also has smooth, stretchy pockets for your phone/keys etc on the front! 12lb is the perfect size! I’ve tried both tactical vests and rogue’s $900 weighted vest at work and this one is so much more comfortable to wear, more practical with the reflective features, washable cover, pockets, and smooth fabric that won’t snag your expensive workout clothes, and even stylish in its style. It sits well and doesn’t move around too much when running and you can still breathe when fully tightened. I was able to walk, run, lunge, jump, push-up and plank comfortably. It even felt like a cooling effect with the fabric and weight. I didn’t feel I would overheat, actually the opposite. The only thing I would change is make the pockets wider and add more pockets on top and on the back. It fit my iPhone in a slick case easily but my Samsung work phone in the Otter case wouldn’t push all the way down but it gripped the fabric enough that it still didn’t fall out. I also wish it came in a pastel purple/lilac color just because I love that aesthetic but the bone color is nice. It would be even nicer if there were no black straps, a fully monochromatic bone color. While it wasn’t an issue functionally because it was still comfortable to walk and jog in it, at the tightest setting it was not able to tighten to feeling fully tight against my body."

"I've noticed more people out walking their dog in a weighted vest so I wanted to get in on the action. I ordered the Zulu Weighted Vest in Shore and now wear it daily! I love the color and the feel of the fabric. It doesn't rub against my skin and is comfortable, plus it's easy to wash. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because I feel that it sometimes slides too far down my back. However, that doesn't happen very often so it doesn't bother me too much. I would recommend this!"
